This website offers two optional forms. Our newsletter sign-up form collects your first name, last name, email address and country of residence so that we can send you our quarterly reviews and monthly article digest; your email address is only added to our distribution list once you confirm it through a double opt-in activation link. We store these details in our database and retain them to send you these monthly and quarterly updates until you unsubscribe, which you may do at any time via the link included in every email. Our contact form collects your name, email address, the subject of your enquiry and your message so that we can respond to your enquiry. Contact-form submissions are used solely to reply to you and are never added to our newsletter or mailing list — the two are entirely separate, and the only way to join our distribution list is the double opt-in sign-up form above. In both cases we also record the IP address and time of submission to help prevent abuse and spam. We process this data on the basis of your consent, solely for these purposes, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
